ABSTRACT An apparatus for measuring time required for comple- tion of a computer operation at a computer terminal has means for timing the operation of the computer and for encoding resulting timing data in the format used for entering keyboard data into the terminal. A keyboard lock signal from the computer controls the timing. Other measurement functions may be preformed. The data made available at the terminal may be read out by the computer.
