Abstract of the Disclosure Noise reduced sanitary water fitting in form of a concealed combined mixer for bath filliny and/or shower, with a shut-off and mixing valve, from which the water flows through a channel to a change-speed-mechanism, which shows outlets (outlet orifices) which can be closed by a sealing element in connection with a switch, and over which the water is either directed towards the bath or the shower outflow of the fitting, whereby the outlet (orifice), which interacts with the shower outflow of the fitting, of the change-speed mechanism opens out into a water chamber, which is wholly or partly penetrated by a pipe body, fixed to a shower outflow. The invention guarantees noise reduction with simple yet maintenance-free means.
