ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Apparatus for fabricating article bundling means including blade means for establishing a substantially continuous helical slit in an elongated resilient tubular member and support means for supporting the elongated tubular member while establishing relative movement between the blade means and the elongated tubular member. The support means may include rollers. The blade means may be adjustable so as to permit variation in the pitch of the helical slit.
