FREQUENCY LOCKING SYSTEM Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relates to a frequency locking system. The system is comprised of a reference signal generator for generating a reference signal. A controlled signal generator is provided for generating a variable signal. The control signal generator includes a unit for varying the varying signal. A unit is provided, which includes a digital sequential flip-flop, which is responsive to both the reference signal and the variable signal for providing a control signal. A feedback circuit is disposed between the control signal generator and the unit including the digital sequential logic flip-flop for applying the control signal to the unit for varying the varying signal to cause the variable signal to be varied until the variable signal is frequency locked to the reference signal.
