Abstract of the Disclosure A solvent resistant room temperature vulcanizable silicone rubber composition comprising a blend of vinyl- terminated polysiloxanes having from 2 to 98 mole percent of alkylperfluoroalkylalkylene siloxy units in the polymer chain, a hydride cross-linking agent selected from the class consisting of hydride containing resins composed of mono- functional units and tetrafunctional units and hydride- containing polysiloxanes or a mixture of the above cross- linking agents which composition is cure in the presence of a platinum catalyst. The above composition cures to an elastomer at room temperature of elevated temperatures. Preferably, there is incorporated into the composition a treated filler which gives the cured elastomer good physical strength properties.
