Flip a switch and light turns on. Its no magic or serendipity to put it mildly, as it is one of the scientific marvels of the Great Americans Genius Mr. Thomas A. Edison. I have 12 Canadian Patents issued to me. Were there any failures in my research? Sure, who didn’t? I had my share too. With the increased curiosity I always took a failure as new challenge to find out: “Why I failed”. I have learned a lot from the re-experimentations, analysis and observations. That is how I received 97 Patents (US & International patents combined) on novel SIXEF™ high-performance engineering polymeric materials, manufacturing and shaped article fabrication processes. Published 38 Technical articles in peer reviewed international scientific journals and 5 Book chapter/articles. Delivered 46 technical presentations, invited lectures, workshop and seminars; and 39 Local and int’l scientific conference presentations! Organized two Int'l. SAMPADA Conferences on ‘Adv. Mat. & Polym. for Aerospace & Defense Applications'. For me learning is a lifelong process. My achievements are due to the fact that I sincerely follow my personal quotations (given below). I am always willing to walk the talk, and go extra miles with passion and inquisitive mind to make everything extraordinary in my career: • In the world of imagination (not of the make-believe), inquisitiveness, ingenuity and innovations, everything extraordinary is possible when we give our faculty of mind true creative freedom and flexibility (empowerment) to choose and change (the way of looking at things and doing things), and resources to work sincerely with passion for the success.
