ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A resin coated metal pipe has a plane surface portion formed with a coating resin as one body. By arranging many resin coated metal pipes in parallel such that the plane surface portions are aligned, a lightweight structure, such as a bench, a flower stand, a draining board, and so forth can be assembled easily. Slippery or anti-slippery synthetic resin may be used as a part of or all the plane surface portion having a color different from the coating resin.
