The invention relates to conglomerates of tenatoprazole potassium salts of the following general formula (I), that consist of an equimolar mixture of enantiomers having R and S configurations and capable of crystallisation in the form of a conglomerate, wherein said salts are selected from tenatoprazole dehydrated potassium salt, tenatoprazole potassium dimethanolate, tenatoprazole potassium diethanolate and tenatoprazole potassium ethylene-glycolate. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing such salt, and to the use of said salt.

L'invention concerne des sels de potassium du ténatoprazole, représentés par la formule générale suivante (I), qui sont constitués d'un mélange équimolaire d'énantiomères de configuration R et S cristallisant sous forme de conglomérat, lesdits sels étant choisis parmi le sel de potassium dihydraté du ténatoprazole, le diméthanolate de potassium du ténatoprazole, le diéthanolate de potassium du ténatoprazole et l'éthylène-glycolate de potassium du ténatoprazole. L'invention concerne aussi une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un tel sel, ainsi que l'utilisation d'un tel sel.
