A computerized travel system and a method for providing advices and warnings per travel destination to end-users of the travel systemare described. System of the invention has aclient service module aimed at receiving queries from the end--users,and at delivering to them merged reports of travel advices and warnings for the queried travel destinations. Adownload and parsing module is used to parse travel raw documents,downloaded from a plurality of online reliable travel sources, into cleaned raw documents sharing a common formatting structure including sections, sections headers and paragraphs. An algorithmic module integrates the cleaned raw documents into the merged reports of travel advices and warnings per travel destination. The integration of the cleaned raw documents into merged reports is performed from a base document chosen among all the relevant clean raw documents for each queried travel destination.Comparable sections are determined on the basis of contents of their section headers and semantically close paragraphs are placed next to each other in the corresponding sections of the merged reports.
L'invention porte sur un système de voyage informatisé et sur un procédé qui permet de fournir des conseils et des avertissements concernant une destination de voyage aux utilisateurs finals du système. Le système de l'invention comprend un module de service clients destiné à recevoir des interrogations en provenance des utilisateurs finals, et à leur fournir des rapports fusionnés contenant des conseils et avertissements de voyage liés aux destinations de voyage sur lesquelles portaient les interrogations. Un module de téléchargement et d'analyse permet d'analyser les documents de voyage bruts téléchargés en provenance d'une pluralité de sources de voyage fiables, et d'obtenir des documents bruts nettoyés partageant une structure de mise en forme commune avec des chapitres, des en-têtes de chapitre et des paragraphes. Un module algorithmique intègre les documents de voyage bruts aux rapports fusionnés de conseils et avertissements de voyage liés aux destinations de voyage. L'intégration des documents bruts nettoyés aux rapports fusionnés s'effectue à partir d'un document de base choisi parmi tous les documents bruts nettoyés appropriés pour chaque destination de voyage sur laquelle portait l'interrogation. Des chapitres comparables sont établis sur la base du contenu de leurs en-têtes et des paragraphes sémantiquement complets sont placés à la suite les uns des autres dans les chapitres correspondants des rapports fusionnés.
