The invention relates to a reinforcing device (1) which is intended, for example, for a bushing base comprising numerous holes through which filaments, such as glass filaments, are drawn. The inventive device consists of a reinforcing part (10) comprising a first hollow part (12) which defines at least one housing and a second part (13) which extends at least partially along the length of the hollow part (12), as well as at least one stiffener element (40) which is inserted into the housing of said hollow part. The invention is characterised in that the section of the stiffener element (40) is essentially identical to the inner section of the hollow part (12).
