The present invention discloses a peptide having an amino acid sequence comprising an epitope recognized by Igs of patients with active celiac disease and not recognized by Igs of patients on gluten-free diet, antibodies directed against this peptide and methods for diagnosing the celiac disease in a subject, or to check the effect of a therapy or of a diet treatment in a celiac disease affected subject, or to assess the risk of developing celiac disease in a subject vaccinated with a Rotavirus VP7 protein.
La présente invention concerne un peptide possédant une séquence d'acides aminés qui comprend un épitope reconnu par les immunoglobulines des patients atteints de la maladie cAEliaque active et non reconnu par les immunoglobulines des patients sous régime sans gluten, des anticorps dirigés contre ce peptide et des procédés permettant de diagnostiquer la maladie cAEliaque chez un sujet, de vérifier l'effet d'une thérapie ou d'un traitement par régime chez un sujet atteint de la maladie cAEliaque ou d'évaluer le risque de développer la maladie cAEliaque chez un sujet vacciné avec une protéine VP7 de rotavirus.
