An apparatus includes a tank (40) for holding the diluent and a dispensing assembly (200). A pump (45) is disposed in fluid communication with the tank and the dispensing assembly for supplying pressurized diluent to the dispensing assembly. An enclosure (50) is provided having a sealable chamber (60) for containing a concentrate container in fluid communication with the dispending assembly. An air pump (100) pressurizes the sealable chamber and concentrate container to pressurize the liquid concentrate and supply the pressurized liquid concentrate to the dispensing assembly. The dispenser assembly is operable to permit and inhibit the flow of pressurized liquid concentrate and pressurized diluent to produce the beverage.

L'invention concerne un appareil qui comprend un réservoir (40) pour conserver un diluant et un ensemble de distribution (200). Une pompe (45) est disposée en communication fluidique avec le réservoir et l'ensemble de distribution pour alimenter le diluant sous pression vers l'ensemble de distribution. Une enceinte (50) est fournie, ayant une chambre étanche (60) pour contenir un contenant de concentré en communication fluidique avec l'ensemble de distribution.
