This invention relates to a support foot for semi-trailer landing gear which is equipped with a damping element and exhibits improved pivotability. The fixing element for pivotable fastening to a foot receiving device either rests on or is fastened to the damping element whereby the fixing element is held by a bracket overlapping the fixing element and attached to the foot plate

L'invention concerne un pied d'appui (10) doté d'un élément amortisseur (12) et qui présente une meilleure capacité à pivoter. La fixation (15) prévue pour effectuer une fixation pivotante sur un dispositif recevant le pied (4) se situe sur l'élément amortisseur (12) ou est fixée sur celui-ci. Un étrier (14), fixé sur la plaque de base (11) et chevauchant la fixation (15), retient cette dernière. Selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention, la fixation (15) comporte deux plaques verticales, fixées sur la plaque de base (11) à distance de l'élément amortisseur (12). Chaque plaque (26a,b) présente un trou oblong vertical (18) ou un trou circulaire (18) dont le diamètre est plus grand que le diamètre de l'élément d'appui (6).
