A dash mat (10) for a vehicle comprising a passenger compartment and an engine compartment separated by a firewall. The dash mat (10) comprises a decoupling layer (14) with multiple openings (44) and a sound barrier layer (12) with integrally molded fasteners (22) that are received within the decoupling layer openings (44) to secure together the decoupling and sound barrier layers. The fasteners (22) have at least arse flange portion that overlies the sound barrier to capture a portion of the decoupling layer between the flange and the sound barrier.

L'invention porte sur mat insonorisant de tableau de bord d'un véhicule comportant un habitacle séparé du compartiment moteur par un tablier. Le mat (10) comporte une couche de découplage (14) munie de multiples ouvertures (44) et une couche antibruit (12) munie de fixations (22) à moulage intégral pénétrant dans la couche de découplage et maintenant ensemble la couche de découplage et la couche antibruit. Lesdites fixations comportent au moins un flasque surmontant la barrière antibruit et retenant une partie de la couche de découplage entre le flasque et la barrière antibruit.
