There is disclosed a superconducting microwave component comprising a first substrate of a dielectric material with a conductor line of an oxide superconductor formed in a required pattern on the surface a second substrate of a dielectric with a grounding conductor of an oxide superconductor formed on the surface and a third substrate of a dielectric which is laid on the first and the second substrates with the third substrate sandwiched between the first and the second substrates.
