There are many ways to operate water valves in domestic plumbing systems,most of which require the use of the operator's hands. The unique characteristic of the present invention is that the operator would open the valve and control the temperature by the use of his foot. The advantages of the present invention include: Improved sanitation in bathrooms and kitchens;allowing the operator the use of both hands in the water flow without having to control the valve with either hand; and increased economy in the use of water and energy for hot water.
