In a process for spreading a filling on bread, in particular French bread, cut into at least two halves, a bag filled with a filling, bread spread or the like is placed between the two bread halves. Before the bread is eaten, the bag is at least partially opened at one end. The bag is then held at the other end and pulled out of the bread. At the same time, the bag is squeezed and the filling applied on the bread.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'appliquer une garniture sur du pain, notamment une baguette, coupée en au moins deux moitiés. L'invention vise à insérer un sachet renfermant une garniture, un aliment étalé ou similaire entre les deux moitiés du pain. Avant que le pain ne soit consommé, le sachet est ouvert au moins partiellement à une extrémité et est saisi à l'autre extrémité pour être extrait du pain. La garniture est simultanément appliquée sur le pain sous l'effet de constriction du sachet.
