The invention relates to a water-soluble native dry extract of plant parts, especially of Ginkgo biloba leaves, which consists exclusively of components of said plant parts, i.e. in relation to the composition of the extract contains no additional substances and in particular is free of solubilization- promoting additives. The method for its production is characterized in that a preferably aqueous-alcoholic liquid extract is prepared in any manner and said extract is then subjected to targeted ultrafiltration.

L'invention concerne un extrait sec hydrosoluble de parties de végétaux, notamment de feuilles de Ginkgo biloba, contenant exclusivement les constituants des parties de végétaux, c'est-à-dire ne contenant pas, par rapport à la composition de l'extrait, de substances supplémentaires ni, en particulier, d'additifs favorisant la solubilisation. Le procédé pour sa préparation est caractérisé en ce que, dans un premier temps, un extrait liquide de préférence aqueux à base d'alcool est préparé de manière quelconque, puis soumis à une ultrafiltration ciblée.
