The invention concerns a method for making compounds based on silicate(s) of alkaline such as Na, K and/or of alkaline-earth such as MgO, CaO and/or of rare earths such as Ce, optionally in the form of mixed silicates combining those, by converting silica and halides, in particular chloride(s), or sulphates or nitrates of said alkalis and/or said rare earths and/or said alkaline-earths, such as NaCl, KCl, CeCl4. The thermal input required for the conversion is supplied, at least partly, by an immersed burner or burners. The invention also concerns an implementing device and the use thereof.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de composés à base de silicate(s) d'alcalins tels que Na, K et/ou d'alcalino-terreux tels que MgO, CaO et/ou de terres rares telles que Ce, éventuellement sous forme de silicates mixtes associant ceux-ci, par conversion de silice et d'halogénures, notamment de chlorure(s), ou des sulfates ou nitrates desdits alcalins et/ou desdites terres rares et/ou desdits alcalinoterreux, tels que NaCl, KCl, CeC14. L'apport thermique nécessaire à la conversion est fourni, au moins pour partie, par un (des) brûleur(s) immergé(s). L'invention a également pour objet son dispositif de mise en oeuvre et son utilisation.
