A toilet paper dispensing device comprises a body having 2 vertically-stacked chambers and a generally quarter- cylindrical door which retractably opens in order to expose the content of the upper chamber. The bottom chamber of the body has the capability of receiving a vertically-stacked pile of precut interfolded dry tissue paper sheets, and the upper chamber of the body has the capability of receiving a horizontally-stacked pile of precut moistened tissue paper sheets, and substantially prevents evaporation of moisture from the upper chamber. The toilet paper dispensing device mounts on a conventional wall-mounted toilet paper roll holder. Alternatively, the toilet paper dispensing device may be screwed or glued directly to a wall. The generally quarter-cylindrical door may be slidably or hingedly mounted on the body in order to be opened and closed. This invention relates to toilet paper dispensing devices, and the principal use of the invention is for dispensing dry and moistened tissue paper.
