A process for preparing bean jams with adzuki beans soaked in water for preparing the bean jam, comprising applying first high voltage negative electrons without flowing any electric current to the beans used as a starting material and/or the water while a pole at the secondary high voltage side of a high voltage electrostatic transformer is completely sealed and insulated and a high output resistance is provided at another pole.

Un procédé pour préparer des confitures de haricots avec des haricots adzuki trempés dans de l'eau; ce procédé consiste à appliquer d'abord des électrons négatifs à haute tension sans faire passer de courant électrique aux haricots utilisés comme matériel de départ et/ou à l'eau, pendant qu'un pôle situé à un côté secondaire à haute tension d'un transformateur électrostatique à haute tension est fermé hermétiquement et complètement isolé et qu'une résistance à débit élevé est fourni à un autre pôle.
