An aimable nozzle for discharging fluids comprises an assembly of two parts wherein a spherical bushing is disposed in a spherical female socket of a resilient body near the oblique outlet face. An interference fit between the two parts effects a seal. The inlet end of the body comprises a common tapered pipe thread, with a concentric axial hole in fluid communication with the female socket. The body is provided with wrench flats to facilitate installation. Via a combination of body rotation and bushing rotation, the fluid stream may be directed within a sperical sector comprising an approximate hemisphere whose instantaneous arc center is approximately at the intersection of the pipe thread centerline and bushing centerline.
