The compounds being in the form of creatine-fatty compounds bound by an amide linkage, or mixtures thereof produced by reacting creatine or derivatives thereof with an appropriate fatty acid in the presence of dichloromethane and a pyridine catalyst, previously reacted with a thionyl halide.
