The device is an improved seat to be used by those who have pain or discomfort sitting on a regular seat. The seat device can be attached to a chair frame or be used as a portable unit in the home or while travelling. This device is a seat that consists of two divided panels molded to curve up on the outer edge. The two sections are attached along the length of each to a support channel by a piano hinge. The support channel is secured to the base by means of adjustable bolts placed through multiple openings allowing the seat panels to be moved about on the base both to widen the seat area and also to raise the panels to achieve a greater degree of angle thereby gaining a larger opening under the bottom of the person thus adding to the degree of comfort obtainable.

Ce siège peut être fixé à un cadre de chaise ou être utilisé comme unité portable à la maison ou en voyage. Il est constitué de deux panneaux divisés qui sont moulés pour former une courbe sur le rebord extérieur. Les deux sections sont attachées sur leur longueur à un profilé de support au moyen d'une charnière à piano. Le profilé de support est fixé à la base à l'aide de boulons réglables placés à travers de nombreuses ouvertures. Cela permet de déplacer les panneaux de siège sur la base, afin d'élargir la surface du siège ou de soulever les panneaux pour obtenir un angle plus grand. L'ouverture sous la personne assise est ainsi agrandie, rendant le siège encore plus confortable.
