ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The electrodes of one set of parallel electrodes buried within a monolithic ceramic capacitor body extend to one end face of the body contacting a conductive terminal layer on that end face. The electrodes of another buried set extend to a side face of the body contacting a second terminal layer intermediate the two end faces. A fuse link is connected external to the body between the second terminal layer and a third terminal layer that is on the opposite end face of the ceramic body.
