The invention concerns immunogenic compositions prepared from preparations obtained by incubating first means expressing the target receptor(s) of an infectious pathogenic agent, with second means expressing at least the regions of the infectious pathogenic agent recognising said targets, in conditions enabling interaction between the first and second means so as to form a complex, the incubation being carried out according to different time intervals; and contacting the resulting complexes with a binding agent, for different time intervals, said first and second means being tolerated by mammals. The invention is useful for preparing vaccine compositions designed for mammals against an infectious pathology.

Les compositions immunogènes de l'invention sont élaborées à partir de préparations obtenues par incubation de premiers moyens exprimant le et/ou les récepteurs cibles d'un agent pathogène infectieux, avec des seconds moyens exprimant au moins les régions de l'agent pathogène reconnaissant lesdites cibles, dans des conditions permettant l'interaction des premiers et seconds moyens de manière à former un complexe, l'incubation étant réalisée selon des durées différentes, et mise en contact des complexes formés avec un agent fixateur, pendant des durées différentes, lesdits premiers et seconds moyens étant tolérés par les mammifères. (Application à l'élaboration notamment de compositions vaccinales contre une pathologie infectieuse destinées à un mammifère).
