1,2,3-Thiadiazole derivatives of general formula (I) and salts thereof, disease controlling agents containing the derivatives or salts as the active ingredients, and a method for the use of the same, wherein R1 is H, C1-C4 (halo)alkyl, a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group containing 1 to 3 heteroatoms which may be the same or different from each other and are selected from among O, N and S, or the like; A is (a),(b),(c),(d) (wherein R2 and R3 are each H, halogeno, cyano, formyl, alkylthio alkoxycarbonyl, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl or the like, or alternatively R2 and R3 may be united to form a C2-C6 alkylene which is optionally interrupted by -O-, -S(O)n- (wherein n is 0 to 2), -CO- or -NR8- (wherein R8 is H, halogeno or the like), thus forming a 3- to 7-membered ring); B is cyano, an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered heteroxyclic group containing 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from among O, N and S, or the like; and m is 0 to 4.
Cette invention se rapporte à des dérivés de 1,2,3-thiadiazole, représentés par la formule générale (I), et à des sels de ces dérivés, à des agents de lutte contre les maladies végétales, qui contiennent ces dérivés ou ces sels comme principes actifs, et à un procédé d'utilisation correspondant. Dans cette formule (I), R<1> représente H, (halo)alkyle C1-C4, un groupe hétérocyclique à 5 ou 6 éléments contenant 1 à 3 hétéroatomes qui peuvent être identiques ou différents les uns des autres et qui sont choisis parmi O, N et S, ou similaire; A représente (a), (b), (c) ou (d) (où R<2> et R<3> représentent chacun H, halogéno, cyano, formyle, alkylthio, alcoxycarbonyle, phényle substitué ou insubstitué ou similaire, ou, dans une variante, R<2> et R<3> peuvent être unis pour former un alkylène C2-C6, qui est éventuellement interrompu par -O-, -S(O)n- (où n est compris entre 0 et 2), -CO- ou NR<8>- (où R<8> représente H, halogéno ou similaire), de façon à former un cycle contenant 3 à 7 éléments); B représente cyano, un groupe hétérocyclique à 5 ou 6 éléments éventuellement substitué, contenant 1 à 3 hétéroatomes choisis parmi O, N et S, ou similaire; et m est compris entre 0 et 4.
