Provided are novel compounds exhibiting excellent inhibitory activities against AMPA receptor and/or kainite receptor, specifically compounds of the general formula (I), salts of the same, or hydrates of both, wherein Q is NH, O, or S; and R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are each independently hydrogen, halogeno, C1-6 alkyl, or a group of the general formula: -X-A (wherein X is a single bond, optionally substituted C1-6 alkylene, or the like; and A is, e.g., a C6- 14 aromatic carbocyclic group or a 5- to 14-membered aromatic heterocyclic group, any of which may be optionally substituted).
L'invention concerne des composés ayant d'excellentes propriétés d'inhibition envers le récepteur AMPA et/ou le récepteur de kaïnite, notamment des composés de formule générale (I), leurs sels ou des hydrates des deux :(I), où Q signifie NH, O ou S ; R?1¿, R?2¿, R?3¿, R?4¿ et R?5¿ représente chacun indépendamment hydrogène, halogéno, alkyle C¿1-6? ou un groupe de formule générale X-A (dans laquelle X est une liaison simple, éventuellement substituée par alkylène C¿1-6? ou similaire ; et A signifie, par ex., un groupe carbocyclique aromatique C¿6-14? ou un groupe hétérocyclique aromatique de 5 à 14 éléments, chacun d'entre eux étant éventuellement substitué).
