The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein R1 represents H, (C1-C6)-alkyl; R2 represents H, an O-(C1-C3)-alkyl, CF3; or R1 and R2 represent, together with the phenyl-ring, a condensed naphthyl; R3 represents a (C1-C6)-alkyl; R4 represents a (C1-C6)-alkyl, benzyl; R5 represents H, < (C1- C6)-alkyl. The invention also relates to the physiologically compatible salts thereof, solvates and physiologically functional derivatives. The inventive compounds are suitable for treating and/or preventing disorders of the fatty acid metabolism and disorders of glucose utilization in addition to disorders, in which insulin resistance plays a part.

L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I), ainsi que leurs sels physiologiquement acceptables, leurs solvates, et leurs dérivés physiologiquement fonctionnels. Dans ladite formule (I), R1 représente H, un alkyle en C1-C6 ; R2 désigne H, un O-(C1-C3)-alkyle, CF3, ou ; R1 et R2 représentent conjointement avec le noyau phényle un naphtyle condensé ; R3 désigne un alkyle en C1-C6 ; R4 représente un benzyle, un alkyle en C1-C6 ; R5 désigne H, un alkyle en C1-C6. Les composés selon l'invention servent par exemple à traiter et/ou à prévenir des troubles du métabolisme des acides gras et des troubles de l'utilisation du glucose, ainsi que des troubles dans lesquels la résistance à l'insuline joue un rôle.
