The invention relates to novel 2-amino-substituted pyridines which are produced by first converting corresponding pyridine aldehydes into the corresponding hydroxides by means of metal-organic compounds such as Grignard compounds, and then reducing said hydroxides to a deshydroxy compound. The novel 2-amino-substituted pyridines are suitable for use as active ingredients in medicaments, particularly those used in the treatment of arteriosclerosis.
L'invention concerne de nouvelles pyridines substituées par 2-amino, obtenues par transformation d'aldéhydes de pyridine correspondants d'abord à l'aide de composés organo-métalliques tels que par exemple des composés Grignard, en hydroxydes correspondants, puis par réduction de ces derniers en composé déshydroxy. Ces nouvelles pyridines substituées par 2-amino s'utilisent comme principes actifs dans des médicaments, notamment dans des médicaments pour le traitement de l'artériosclérose.
