Disclosed is a novel and excellent therapeutic or prophylactic agent for nociceptive pain, neuropathic pain, cancer pain, headache, bladder dysfunction or the like, which relies on a preventive activity on capsaicin receptor VR1 activation. It is found that a benzamide derivative having a benzene ring fused with a monocyclic ring on a nitrogen atom in the amide group and an amino group substituted by a lower alkylamino or cyclic group at a position adjacent to the amide group has a potent preventive activity on VR1 activation and an excellent pharmacological activity relying on the preventive activity, and therefore the derivative can be used as a good therapeutic or prophylactic agent for a VR1-related disease, such as nociceptive pain, neuropathic pain, cancer pain, headache and bladder dysfunction.

L'invention concerne un agent thérapeutique ou prophylactique nouveau et excellent contre la douleur nociceptive, la douleur neuropathique, la douleur liée au cancer, la migraine, la dysfonctionnement de la vessie ou similaires, lequel agent repose sur une activité de prévention de l'activation du récepteur de la capsaïcine VR1. Un dérivé de benzamide ayant un noyau benzène fusionné à un noyau monocyclique sur un atome d'azote du groupe amide et un groupe amino substitué par un groupe alkylamino inférieur ou cyclique dans une position adjacente au groupe amide possède une puissante activité de prévention de l'activation du VR1 et une excellente activité pharmacologique basée sur cette activité préventive et, de ce fait, le dérivé peut être utilisé comme un bon agent thérapeutique ou prophylactique pour traiter un trouble lié au VR1 tel que la douleur nociceptive, la douleur neuropathique, la douleur liée au cancer, la migraine et la dysfonctionnement de la vessie.
