The invention relates to compounds that are derivatives of 3-aminomethyl- pyrrolidine of the formulas: wherein: Y is (X2)1A or (X1)mCR4A2; W is CR4 or N; R1-R4 are noninterfering substituents; n is 0-7; 1 and m are independently 0 or 1; X1-X2 are linkers; each A is independently a 5-7 membered optionally substitued aromatic or aliphatic ring optionally containing one or more heteroatoms selected from O, N and S. They generally contain at least one benzhydril moiety and are useful in treating conditions which benefit from blocking calcium ion channels.

L'invention concerne des composés qui sont des dérivés de 3-aminométhyle-pyrrolidine de formules (1) ou (2), dans lesquelles Y représente (X?2¿)¿l?A ou (X?1¿)¿m?CR?4¿A¿2?; W représente CR?4¿ ou N ; R?1¿-R?4¿ sont des substituants non interférants; n représente un nombre compris entre 0 et 7 ; l et m représentent indépendamment 0 ou 1 ; X?1¿-X?2¿ représentent des liants ; chaque A représente indépendamment un cycle aromatique ou aliphatique éventuellement substitué à 5-7 éléments contenant éventuellement au moins un hétéroatome choisi parmi O, N et S. Ils contiennent généralement au moins une fraction de benzhydrile et peuvent être utilisés dans des conditions de traitement tirant parti de l'inhibition des canaux ioniques de calcium.
