A method for 3D imaging of cells in an optical tomography system (11) includes moving a biological object (1) relatively to a microscope objective (18) to present varying angles of view. The biological object (1) is illuminated with radiation having a spectral bandwidth limited to wavelengths between 150 nm and 390 nm. Radiation transmitted through the biological object (1) and the microscope objective (18) is sensed with a camera (48) from a plurality of differing view angles. A plurality of pseudoprojections of the biological object (1) from the sensed radiation is formed and the plurality of pseudoprojections is reconstructed to form a 3D image of the cell.

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour une imagerie en 3D de cellules dans un système de tomographie optique (11), lequel procédé comprend le déplacement d'un objet biologique (1) par rapport à un objectif de microscope (18) pour présenter des angles de vue variables. L'objet biologique (1) est éclairé par un rayonnement ayant une largeur de bande spectrale limitée à des longueurs d'ondes entre 150 nm et 390 nm. Le rayonnement transmis à travers l'objet biologique (1) et l'objectif de microscope (18) est détecté par une caméra (48) à partir d'une pluralité de différents angles de vue. Une pluralité de pseudo-projections de l'objet biologique (1) à partir du rayonnement détecté est formée et la pluralité de pseudo-projections est reconstruite pour former une image en 3D de la cellule.
