A 5-amidino-N-(2-aminophenethyl)-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide derivative represented by the general formula [I] (wherein R1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl, etc.; R3 is di(lower alkyl)amino, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, etc.; Q is hydrogen or optionally substituted lower alkyl; and Z is hydrogen, hydroxy, etc.) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the derivative, which have strong and selective inhibitory activity against activated blood coagulation factor X and are useful as a preventive or remedy for diseases in which the activated blood coagulation factor X participates; a medicinal composition containing the compound; a medicinal use of the compound; and an intermediate for the compound.
L'invention concerne un dérivé de 5-amidino-N-(2-aminophènéthyl)-2-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide ou un sel pharmacologiquement tolérable de ce dérivé. Ce dérivé est représenté par la formule générale (I) où R?1¿ représente un hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur ; R?2¿ représente un hydrogène, un alkyle inférieur éventuellement substitué etc. ; R?3¿ représente di(alkyle inférieur)amino, alkyle inférieur, cycloalkyle etc. ; Q représente un hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur éventuellement substitué ; et Z représente un hydrogène, hydroxy etc.. Ce dérivé et ce sel ont une puissante activité inhibitrice sélective à l'encontre du facteur X de coagulation sanguine activé et sont utiles à titre préventif ou curatif pour les maladies dans lesquelles intervient le facteur X de coagulation sanguine activé. L'invention concerne également une composition médicinale contenant le composé concerné, une utilisation médicinale de ce composé et un intermédiaire destiné à ce composé.
