This invention relates to phenyltriazole derivatives of the formula (I) and salts thereof which is useful as an active ingredient of pharmaceutical preparations : (I) wherein R1 represents alkyl optionally substituted or 3-8 membered saturated or unsaturated ring optionally substituted, R2 represents - COR21, -(CH2)n-R21 or tert-butyl, X represents CR10R11, NR12, S, O, SO2, or SO wherein R10, R11 and R12 independently represent hydrogen or methyl. The other substituents are as defined in the claims. The phenyltriazole derivatives of the present invention have an excellent activity as GABAb agonist and are useful for the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases associated with GABAb activity, in particular for the treatment of overactive bladder, urinary incontinence such as urge urinary incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), chronic pain, neuropathic pain, postoperative pain, rheumatoid arthritic pain, neuralgia, neuropathies, algesia, or nerve injury.
L'invention concerne des dérivés de phényltriazole de formule (I) et des sels de ces dérivés, utilisés comme principe actif dans des compositions pharmaceutiques. Dans la formule : (I), R?1¿ représente alkyle facultativement substitué ou un cycle saturé ou insaturé comprenant entre 3 et 8 éléments, facultativement substitué ; R?2¿ représente -COR?21¿, -(CH¿2?)¿n?-R?21¿ ou tert-butyle ; X représente CR?10¿R?11¿, NR?12¿, S, O, SO¿2? ou SO, dans laquelle R?10¿, R?11¿ et R?12¿ représentent indépendamment hydrogène ou méthyle. Les autres substituants sont tels que définis dans les revendications. Les dérivés de phényltriazole selon l'invention présentent une excellente activité d'agonistes GABAb et sont utiles dans la prévention et le traitement de maladies associées à l'activité GABAb, en particulier dans le traitement de l'hyperactivité vésicale, de l'incontinence urinaire, telle que l'incontinence urinaire impérieuse, de l'hyperplasie prostatique bénigne (HPB), de la douleur chronique, de la douleur neuropathique, de la douleur postopératoire, de la douleur liée à la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, de la névralgie, des neuropathies, de l'algésie ou des lésions nerveuses.
