Abstract of the Disclosure: 6-aryl-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)- pyridazinones of the formula Image (I), where R is hydrogen, R1 is hydrogen or C1-C3-alkyl, or R and R1 together are methylene, R2 and R3 are identi- cal or different and are each hydrogen or C1-C6-alkyl, and A is hydroxyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, C2-C7-acyloxy, a C2-C7-carbamic acid ester group, C1-C6-alkylsul- fonyloxy, C1-C6-alkylmercapto, carboxyl, C2-C7-alkoxy- carbonyl or nitrile, and their preparation are described. The substances are suitable for the treatment of high blood pressure or thrombo-embolic disorders.
