An earpiece auditory device is provided. The earpiece auditory device includes a behind-the-ear component (30). The behind-the-ear component being shaped to fit behind an ear of a user. The behind-the-ear component includes a module (33) that includes processing circuitry. The earpiece auditory device also includes a completely-in-canal component (10), the completely-in-canal component being shaped to fit into the ear canal of the user in such a manner as to touch the bony portion of the ear canal of the user. The completely-in- canal component includes an ear mold (11). The earpiece auditory device includes a connector (20) physically coupling the behind-the-ear component to the completely-in-canal component. The connector (20) includes at least one end detachably coupled to the behind-the-ear component or the completely-in- canal component.
L'invention concerne un dispositif auditif d'oreillette. Dans un mode de réalisation, le dispositif auditif d'oreillette comprend un composant à placer derrière l'oreille (BTE), le composant à placer derrière l'oreille étant de préférence formé pour s'adapter derrière l'oreille d'un utilisateur. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le composant à placer derrière l'oreille comprend un module comprenant un circuit de traitement. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le dispositif auditif d'oreillette comprend également un composant à placer entièrement dans le canal auditif (CIC), le composant à placer complètement dans le canal auditif étant de préférence formé pour s'adapter à l'intérieur du canal auditif de l'utilisateur, de sorte à toucher la partie osseuse du canal auditif de l'utilisateur. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le composant à placer entièrement dans le canal auditif comprend un moule d'oreille. En outre, dans un mode de réalisation, le dispositif auditif d'oreillette comprend un connecteur permettant de relier physiquement le composant à placer derrière l'oreille au composant à placer entièrement dans le canal auditif. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, ce connecteur comprend au moins une extrémité reliée de manière amovible au composant à placer derrière l'oreille ou au composant à placer complètement dans le canal auditif.
