A buck boost switching regulator comprises a buck switch (1) and a boost switch (2) controlled by a first and second comparator (4, 5), respectively. The first comparator (4) generates a duty cycle control signal for the buck switch (1) in response to the difference between the regulator output voltage and a control voltage corresponding to a desired regulator output voltage. The second comparator (5) generates a duty cycle control signal for the boost switch (2) in response to a supply voltage.
Ce régulateur à découpage, à fonction de survolteur-dévolteur, comprend un élément dévolteur (1) et un élément survolteur (2), commandés respectivement par un premier et un second comparateur (4, 5). Le premier comparateur (4) produit un signal de commande d'un cycle de travail destiné à l'élément dévolteur (1), en réponse à la différence entre la tension de sortie du régulateur et une tension de commande correspondant à une tension de sortie voulue du régulateur. Le second comparateur (5) produit un signal de commande d'un cycle de travail destiné à l'élément survolteur (2) en réponse à une tension d'alimentation.
