A capacitor including a capacitor element (1) that has a roll (4) of alternate dielectric layers (8) and electrode layers (9), which roll has two end surfaces (5, 6), in which the electrode layers are connectably exposed, and two contact elements that are electrically connected to the electrode layers at the end surfaces. In accordance with the invention, at least one of the contact elements includes a contact part (10, 11) which, before being connected to the electrode layers at the end surface, displays a plurality of through-running openings (15) through which a flame-sprayed metal material is affixed to attach the contact part to the end surface. The invention also relates to a process for electrically connecting the electrode layers in such a capacitor element to an external predetermined connection point.
La présente invention concerne un condensateur comportant un élément condensateur (1) pourvu d'un rouleau (4) de couches diélectriques (8) et de couches électrodes alternées. Ce rouleau présente deux surfaces d'extrémité (5,6), dans lesquelles les couches électrodes sont connectées par exposition, et deux éléments de contact connectés par voie électrique aux couches électrodes sur les surfaces d'extrémité. Selon cette invention, au moins un des éléments de contact comprend une partie de contact (10, 11), devant être connectée aux couches électrodes sur la surface terminale, qui présente une pluralité d'ouvertures traversantes (15) à travers lesquelles est fixé un matériau métallique projeté à chaud pour fixer la partie de contact à la surface d'extrémité. En outre, cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de connecter par voie électrique des couches électrodes, dans ce type d'élément condensateur, à un point de connexion externe prédéterminé.
