Apparatus for controlling external medical treatment administered with the aid of light, said apparatus including a light-emitting device (1) and means (8, 9, 10) for driving the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes diodes adapted to emit monochromatic light over predetermined time periods and to pulsate the light in accordance with a predetermined series of pulse frequencies over said time periods. The drive means (8, 9, 10) includes a computer (8) and circuits (9, 10) for driving the light-emitting diodes (3, 4) wherein the computer (8) includes input means for inputting data relating to an intended treatment. The invention is characterised in that the control apparatus includes a machine readable card (17) and an infeed means in the form of a card reader (18); in that the card is adapted to contain information relating to treatment programs, and in that the card reader is adapted to deliver said computer information read from the card.
L'invention concerne un appareil permettant de réguler l'administration d'un traitement médical externe au moyen de lumière, ledit appareil comprenant un dispositif photoémetteur (1), ainsi que des moyens (8, 9, 10) de commande du dispositif photoémetteur. Le dispositif photoémetteur comprend des diodes conçues pour émettre de la lumière monochromatique sur des périodes de temps prédéterminées et pour pulser la lumière émise selon une série de fréquences d'impulsions prédéterminée sur ces périodes de temps. Les moyens (8, 9, 10) de commande comprennent un ordinateur (8), et des circuits (9, 10) destinés à la commande des diodes électroluminescentes (3, 4), ledit ordinateur (8) comprenant des moyens d'entrée permettant la saisie des données relatives à un traitement envisagé. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'appareil de régulation comprend une carte (17) lisible par machine et des moyens d'entrée se présentant sous la forme d'un lecteur (18) de carte ; en ce que la carte est conçue pour contenir des informations relatives aux programmes de traitement ; et en ce que le lecteur de carte est conçu pour remettre à l'ordinateur les informations lues sur la carte.
