The invention concerns a device to position blanks (2,3) in an apparatus for continuous laser-welding of the said blanks edge-to-edge. The device includes, first, a conveyor having alternating rails (11) and strips (12) with studs (13) projecting at regular intervals, and second, a friction system (15) which is applied to the upper side of the blanks and imparts to them a translation more or less perpendicular to their direction of motion.
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de positionnement de flans de tôle (2, 3) dans une installation de soudage bord à bord en continu desdits flans de tôles (2, 3) au moyen d'un faisceau laser. Le dispositif comprend, d'une part, une table de transfert formée par une alternance de rails à billes (11) et de bandes (12) munies de plots (13) en saillie, régulièrement espacés et, d'autre part, des organes à friction (15) destinés à s'appliquer sur la face supérieure des flans de tôle (2, 3) et à imprimer auxdits flans de tôle une translation sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement des flans de tôle (2, 3).
