A fire retardant composition and a method of producing thereof. The composition comprising water, a highly concentrated alkali, at least one of or a combination thereof, of anhydrous citric acid, citric acid, acetic acid or a related salt thereto. The composition also includes phosphate as well as an alkali metal salt or compound from at least one of lithium, sodium and/or potassium cation in combination with at least one of an acetate, bicarbonate, carbonate and/or hydroxide anion. The composition is then adjusted to a pH value around 6.5 % to 7.5 % by adjusting the amounts of highly concentrated alkali and/or the citric acid/acetic acid respectively.
L'invention concerne une composition ignifuge et un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci. Ladite composition contient de l'eau, un alcali très concentré, et au moins un des composés suivants : acide citrique anhydre, acide citrique, acide acétique ou un sel associé, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci. Ladite composition contient également du phosphate ainsi qu'un sel de métal alcalin ou au moins un des cations suivants : cation lithium, sodium et/ou potassium, en combinaison avec au moins un anion acétate, bicarbonate, carbonate et/ou hydroxyde. La composition est ensuite amenée à une valeur de pH de 6,5 à 7,5 % par réglage des teneurs en alcali très concentré et/ou respectivement en acide citrique et/ou acide acétique.
