A hinge for doors or for wings of furniture items comprises fastening elements which can be housed respectively in the door and a corresponding door post. Arms for connecting the door to the door post have a first extremity hinged on a fixed pivot pin of one fastening element and a second extremity engaged in a sliding guide of the other fastening element. An intermediate joint pivotingly connects the arms to each other allowing their relative angular mobility. The fastening elements comprise connecting bodies movable relative to each other by adjusting means at least along one direction defined by at least one of three Cartesian axes. The arms have mutually different lengths at least in their first portions between the first extremities and the intermediate joint. The arms rotate to allow the opening of the door to be parallel to the door post without substantial interposition of space.
