A seal device to be used to establish hydraulic static or dynamic seal between two conduction tubes (A and B) through which fluids are to be transported; it is equipped with a sleeve made of elastic material fitted in an appropriate containment seating depression; the entire device presents a section that narrows in size gradually from the outer rim line (2) toward the inner depth (3). The joint holding sleeve can present a radial, external cylindrical surface (5) and can even be eventually a commercial type joint sleeve; or it can be of an external radial surface that narrows axially from the extremity of the joint toward the corresponding internal axial extremity. Both the holding seat and the radial external surface (5) of the sleeve can have rectilinear or slightly curved, concave or convex generatrixes. The external radial surface (5) of the sleeve can present some retracted portions (8, 10, 11) that eventually may enclose air or lubricants and may be joined one to the other by ribbing (12) that extends in an axial direction.
La présente invention concerne un joint conçu pour être utilisé pour former un joint hydraulique dynamique ou statique entre deux tubes d'acheminement (A et B) à travers lesquels des fluides sont transportés. Le joint décrit dans cette invention est équipé d'un manchon en matériau élastique inséré dans une dépression d'assise de confinement appropriée; l'ensemble du dispositif susmentionné présente une section qui se rétrécie graduellement depuis le bord extérieur (2) de la jante jusqu'à la profondeur intérieure (3). Le manchon de maintien de joint peut présenter une surface (5) cylindrique externe radiale, ou encore, le manchon peut être un manchon de joint que l'on trouve dans le commerce; ou il peut présenter une surface radiale externe qui se rétrécit axialement depuis l'extrémité du joint vers l'extrémité axiale interne correspondante. Le siège de maintien et la surface externe radiale (5) du manchon peuvent tous les deux présenter des lignes génératrices concaves ou convexes, rectilignes ou légèrement incurvées. La surface radiale externe (5) du manchon peut présenter certaines portions rétractées (8, 10, 11) qui renferment éventuellement de l'air ou des lubrifiants et qui peuvent être reliées les unes aux autres par l'intermédiaire d'une nervure (12) qui s'étend dans une direction axiale.
