This invention provides a low noise switched reluctance motor including a stator having stator poles of 2N multiple in number thereof, where N is a natural number, and windings wound on each pole, wherein each winding is connected in series to each other to provide a 360-degree/2N distribution period of a torque, and a rotor having rotor poles of 2N multiple in number thereof.
