The invention relates to a method for the determination of dose-level characteristics, such as physicochemical properties, functionality and/or quality, of a multiple unit system comprising a plurality of individual subunits (12). A number of said subunits (12) are individually analysed for obtaining precise characteristics for each individually analysed subunit (12). Said dose-level characteristics of the multiple unit system are determined based the thus-obtained precise characteristics for each individually analysed subunit (12). The invention also relates to an industrial process in which this method is used, and to the use of the claimed method in a process for designing a multiple unit system formulation product.
L'invention concerne une méthode permettant de déterminer les caractéristiques d'un niveau de dosage, telles que les propriétés physicochimiques, la fonctionnalité et/ou la qualité d'un système à unités multiples contenant une pluralité de sous-unités individuelles (12). Un certain nombre de ces sous-unités (12) sont individuellement analysées pour obtenir des caractéristiques précises pour chacune des sous-unités (12) analysées individuellement. Les caractéristiques de niveau de dosage d'un système à unités multiples sont déterminées sur la base des caractéristiques précises ainsi obtenues pour chaque sous-unité (12) analysée individuellement. L'invention concerne également un procédé industriel dans lequel cette méthode est utilisée, et l'utilisation de la méthode revendiquée dans un processus de conception d'un produit ayant une formulation à système à unités multiples.
