A method of guaranteeing a set of valid additional services or products to offer to a user, which additional services or products are associated with a main service or product, the method comprising: building an affinity matrix of a plurality of additional services and products to attribute an affinity level between each additional service or product with at least one other additional service or product based on the association with the main service or product; determining a coherence level between the additional services or products and the main service or products such that an additional service or product can be marked as valid if the coherence level meets a predetermined level; and generating the set of valid additional services or products to offer to the user based on the affinity level and the coherence level.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de garantie d'un ensemble de services ou de produits supplémentaires valides à offrir à un utilisateur, lesquels services ou produits supplémentaires sont associés à un service ou produit principal, le procédé consistant : à construire une matrice d'affinité d'une pluralité de services et de produits supplémentaires pour attribuer un niveau d'affinité entre chaque service ou produit supplémentaire et au moins un autre service ou produit supplémentaire sur la base de l'association avec le service ou produit principal; à déterminer un niveau de cohérence entre les services ou produits supplémentaires et le service ou les produits principaux de telle sorte qu'un service ou un produit supplémentaire peut être marqué comme étant valide si le niveau de cohérence atteint un niveau prédéterminé, et à générer l'ensemble des services ou des produits supplémentaires valides à offrir à l'utilisateur sur la base du niveau d'affinité et du niveau de cohérence.
