A method of monitoring the performance of an aircraft during the take-off manoeuvre includes the steps of monitoring the progress of the take-off manoeuvre (38) by acquiring data representing the motion of the aircraft at a plurality of points during the manoeuvre, generating a function that best fits the acquired data, and using the generated function to predict the future progress of the manoeuvre.
Un procédé de contrôle des performances d'un avion pendant la manoeuvre de décollage comprend les étapes consistant à contrôler la progression de la manoeuvre de décollage (38) par acquisition de données représentant le mouvement de l'avion en une pluralité de points au cours de la manoeuvre, à générer une fonction s'adaptant le mieux aux données acquises et à utiliser la fonction générée pour prédire la progression future de la manoeuvre.
