The present invention provides a method of producing phosphorylated, recombinant human .beta.-casein having 3 to 5 phosphates in a bacterial cell using a single vector containing in tandem both the nucleotide sequence encoding .beta.-casein and a sequence encoding the enzyme CKII .beta..alpha. which is capable of phosphorylating human .beta.-casein.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production, dans une cellule bactérienne, de .beta.-caséine humaine recombinante et phosphorylée portant de 3 à 5 phosphates. On procède pour cela en utilisant un unique vecteur contenant en tandem, d'une part la séquence nucléotide codant la .beta.-caséine, et d'autre part une séquence codant l'enzyme CKII .beta..alpha. qui est capable de phosphoryler la .beta.-caséine humaine.
