A method for fabricating a turbine inlet casing (10) includes the steps of providing a block (14) having upstream and dowstream facs (26, 28), cutting a circular shaft opening (16) through the block, cutting an inlet plenum (34) through the block along a central axis of the block, cutting one or more distribution ports (18) through the block along the central axis, attaching cover plates (22, 24) to the upstream and/or downstream faces over the passages and ports, making connecting holes (20) between the inlet plenum and distribution ports, making a turbine inlet hole (42), and splitting the block along a line perpendicular to the central axis.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de carter d'admission (10) de turbine dont les étapes consistent: à préparer un bloc (14) possédant une face amont et une face aval (26, 28), à découper une ouverture circulaire (16) d'arbre dans le bloc, à découper un plenum d'entrée (34) dans le bloc le long de l'axe central, à découper un ou plusieurs orifices de distribution (18) dans le bloc, le long de l'axe central, à fixer des plaques de couverture (22, 24) aux faces amont et/ou aval du bloc sur les passages et les orifices, à pratiquer des trous de connexion (20) entre le plenum d'entrée et les orifices de distribution, à aménager un trou d'entrée (42) de turbine, et à ouvrir en deux le bloc le long d'une ligne perpendiculaire à l'axe central.
